About ADHN

Africa Digital Health Networks (ADHN) is a pan-African, neutral platform that connects governments, innovators, academia, NGOs, civil society, and partners to advance digital health. Our role is to facilitate communication, collaboration, and coordination while amplifying Africa’s voice in digital health.

Membership

Membership is open to individuals, institutions, and organizations that align with ADHN’s mission and vision. Our membership categories, both free and paid, are outlined on the ADHN Membership Page, with each tier carrying specific benefits and responsibilities. By applying for membership, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain active engagement according to your chosen tier. ADHN reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke membership if information is found to be false or if conduct violates ADHN’s values.

Use of ADHN Platforms

Members and users must use ADHN platforms — including ADHN Connect, forums, and websites — responsibly and respectfully. Content shared within the network should be accurate, respectful, and aligned with ADHN’s principles of inclusivity, neutrality, and collaboration. Misuse of the platform, such as spamming, harassment, unauthorized use of data, or the distribution of confidential information without consent, is strictly prohibited. ADHN reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of misus

Events and Engagements

ADHN convenings, webinars, workshops, and forums are designed to foster dialogue and collaboration. By participating, members agree to engage respectfully and adhere to event rules. ADHN may record or photograph events for documentation and communication purposes, and by attending, you consent to such use unless you explicitly opt out in writing.

Intellectual Property

All content provided by ADHN — including reports, toolkits, publications, and branding — remains the property of ADHN unless otherwise stated. Members may share or use ADHN resources for professional and educational purposes, provided that proper attribution is given. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of ADHN content without prior consent is prohibited.

ADHN collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Payments and Contributions (For Paid Members)

For paid membership categories, fees must be paid in full according to the tier selected. These fees are non-refundable except in extraordinary circumstances at ADHN’s discretion. Institutional members must be legally registered entities with the financial and organizational capacity to meet their commitments.
