As National Coordinator of Chad’s Digital Health Program under the Ministry of Public Health, he leads the deployment of innovative solutions in telemedicine, health data systems, and smart health platforms to modernize care delivery, strengthen governance, and bridge access gaps.
He is also the Founder & President of MEDINNOV AFRICA, a pan-African initiative promoting tech-driven healthcare innovation, and serves on the steering committee of Chad’s national digital transformation project (World Bank-funded). Nassir has collaborated with leading institutions including the World Bank, UNDP, WHO, GIZ, and Expertise France, shaping a leadership style grounded in vision, execution, and measurable impact.
Currently pursuing a PhD in Health Technology Management, he is passionate about driving digital health adoption to build a more connected, inclusive, and resilient healthcare ecosystem in Africa.
