Silver is for registered institutions and NGOs working in public health, health systems, or digital health across Africa that want structured engagement and policy visibility without full governance commitments. It suits organizations seeking to contribute expertise, collaborate through TWGs, and showcase implementation insights to peers and governments.

What ADHN expects from Silver members
- Active participation in TWGs and member dialogues, and support for at least one peer-learning activity annually.
- Evidence contributions such as implementation notes, case studies, or data that inform policy and practice.
- Collaborative conduct aligned to ADHN principles of neutrality, inclusion, responsible data use, and AU alignment.
